Before this project, I had never printed layers of color on top of each other. I have used a brayer and bench hook before to print cork board stamps, but I hadn't used linoleum before.
Artists take risks:
I found it really risky to carve away part of my peice after each layer in order to continue. It was a process I had never experienced before and it almost made me nervous knowing that there was no going back.
